Brittany and Brendan’s session at Drysdale’s Tree Farm was so much fun! Our hands may have been freezing cold, but these two were laughing and having the best time.
When Brittany told me she wanted to do a winter engagement session, I was totally down! We knew that Drysdale’s Tree Farm in Egbert was the perfect wintery location.
Most people want to book their session during the summer or fall—but winter sessions are cozy and romantic. Just think—you are going to want to get SUPER close to your partner to steal their body heat 😉
I love winter sessions because there are SO many outfits. You can be formal, you can be cozy, or you can wear straight-up winter attire! There is nothing wrong with a parka and some big winter boots.
There are also many winter activities we can photograph. Skating, snowshoeing, snowmobiling, sipping hot chocolate in your favourite café, cutting down a Christmas tree…. the list is endless!
Brittany and Brendan wanted their session to be simple and playful, so that is exactly what we did. They are so giggly when they are together, so playing in the snow with their doggy Moose was the perfect session for them.
